A: We are a factory.Welcome to visit our factory. We are in Guzhen Town, Zhongshan City, Guangdong Provice, China. After you arrive at Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport, please refer to the following route to our factory.
Guangzhou(take a subway)→ Guangzhou South Railway Station(take a fast train)→Guzhen Station. We will pick you up at Guzhen Station.
All our clients, from home or abroad, are warmly welcome to visit us!

2.Q:Can I get some samples?
A: We are honored to offer you samples.

3.Q:You have the ability to do independent research and development?
A: Our engineering department has 4-5 people, we have the research and development capabilities.
We also collect regularly each customer feedback, product improvement and new product development.

4.Q:How does your factory do regarding quality control?
A:"Quality is priority. we always attach great importance to quality controlling from the very beginning to the very end.

5.Q:What will you provide services?

We can provide a detailed explanation to you. You will also patiently answered every question. Q1. Can I have a sample order for pendant lamp?

A: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples of pendant lamps are acceptable.

Q2: Is there cheap shipping cost to import to our country?

A: For small order, express will be best. And for bulk order, sea ship way is best but take much time. For urgent orders, we suggest via air to airport plus our ship partner send to your door.

Q3. Is it OK to print my logo on pendant lamp product?

A: Yes. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample.

Q4: Can we get support if we have our own market position?

A: Please inform us your detailed mind on your market demand, we will discuss and propose helpful suggestion for you ,to find the best solution for you.

Q5: How to deal with the faulty?

A: Firstly, our pendant lamp are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less than 0.2%. Secondly, during the guarantee period of pendant lamp , we will send new pendant lamps  with new order for small quantity. For defective batch pendant lamps, we will repair them and resend them to you or we can discuss the solution including re-call according to real situation.
